The TFact™, Fra-2 DNA-Binding ELISA detects active Fra-2 in Jurkat Nuclear Extract. The Jurkat cells were grown 3 days in RPMI 1640 with 10% FBS and harvested for nuclear extract. The Jurkat cells were stimulated respectively by UV(100J/M2) and PMA (200nM) before harvest.
